Steve Percy is an alumnus of the Ross School of Business where he received an MBA and serves on the Erb Advisory Board. He has visited as a Professor of Corporate Strategy and International Business at the Ross School and taught a course on Corporate Environmental Strategy in both the Ross School and SNRE. Mr. Percy is the former CEO of BP America, Inc. and currently serves as non-executive Chairman of Wavefront Energy and Environmental Services. Mr. Percy has recently contributed as a lead author to the Millennium Ecosystem Assessment. He has earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a JD from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Mr. Percy currently serves on the boards of Resources for the Future and Cleveland State University’s Foundation. Previously, he has served as a member of President Clinton’s Council on Sustainable Development in the role of Co-Chair of its Climate Change Task Force. Barbara is alumnae of Bucknell University and works both as a math educator and homemaker. She has served on a Board in support of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Cleveland and is active in her church.

The Percy’s have two daughters, Amy, who received an MBA from the Ross School and Sarah, a graduate student at Yale’s School of Forestry.
