Ph.D. Students

The Erb Institute and its faculty regularly work with Ph.D students at Schools and Colleges throughout the University of Michigan. The Erb Institute is not a degree granting entity, so prospective Ph.D students must apply directly and gain acceptance to a Ph.D program within their School of choice. Links to PhD programs at Ross and SNRE are listed below.

Prospective PhD students who are interested in integrating issues of global sustainable enterprise within their doctoral work should contact the Erb Institute to explore potential opportunities.

Any University of Michigan PhD student conducting research related to global sustainable enterprise and being advised by an Erb Institute faculty member or faculty affiliate is eligible to become a member of the Erb PhD community. Requests for addition to the community should be directed to the Managing Director of the Erb Institute.
