Erb Institute Student Advisory Board

The Erb Institute Student Advisory Board is made up of two representatives from each of the three classes of Erb students. Representatives are elected by students in their class to serve one-year terms. The SAB works with Institute Directors, students, External Advisory Board members, faculty and staff to advise on and help design and implement program structure, content, marketing, and outreach. In recent years, SAB members have played a strong role in developing a detailed strategic plan for the MBA/MS Program and in helping to steward the rebranding process for the program and for the Erb Institute as a whole.

Student Government

Ross School of Business
The Student Government Association is an elected body that represents Business School students, and is the principal student organization. Officers of the Association meet regularly with the Dean and other members of the School administration, offering advice and counsel from the students' perspective as well as bringing new initiatives forward. The Student Government Association is also generally responsible for appointing members to standing and ad-hoc committees established by the Dean in consultation with the Association, and frequently provides student liaisons for administrative units such as the Office of Career Development. In addition to the ongoing advisory, feedback, and new-initiative role of the Association, the organization is responsible for key teaching awards as well as sponsoring and funding various special events at the School.
