Action Learning Masters Project/Thesis MAP Independent Studies

With a diversity of world-class faculty at both SNRE and the Ross School, Erb students have unique and abundant opportunities to engage in independent study on topics of special interest to them. Students are responsible for initiating these opportunities, co-developing the scope of work with the project sponsor, securing a faculty advisor for the project, and managing the process for completing the agreed upon deliverable. While Independent Study opportunities place additional responsibilities on students, they are excellent vehicles for students to co-create their educational experience by pursuing projects that are closely aligned with specific interests and goals.
